The Nissan Apprentice Academy was established in 2015 to develop the ‘technicians of tomorrow’.

Recently, Nissan Ireland included all Apprentice Academy delegates on their introduction to Electric Vehicle technology training.

Allowing younger apprentices to attend this type of training offers the next generation of Nissan technicians the opportunity to work with the newest and most advanced motoring technologies early in their career in the motor industry.

With the Nissan “Intelligent Mobility” systems becoming standard across the range, from the “Safety Shield” systems to the more advanced systems such as e-Pedal, Pro Pilot and Pro Pilot Park, Nissan recognises the importance of educating these Academy Apprentices on the latest technologies to ensure they have a foundation of knowledge on what to expect for the future.

Applications for the 2018 Nissan Academy Apprentice Program will open in the summer.
