CUPRA Formentor To Go On Sale This December

CUPRA has confirmed that the all new CUPRA Formentor will go on sale here from December. Following the launch of the CUPRA Ateca and the CUPRA Leon, the Formentor is the first vehicle exclusively designed and developed by the brand.

We are told that pricing will start from €35,945 for the 1.5-litre TSI petrol with 150 hp and from €37,845 for the same model with a DSG automatic gearbox..

There will also be a high performance Formentor VZ with a 2.0 TSI petrol engine with 310hp and four wheel drive, priced from €57,910.

There will also be a 2.0 TDI diesel with 150 hp and two plug-in hybrids: the e-Hybrid 1.4 TSI with 204 PS and the Formentor VZ e-Hybrid 1.4 TSI with 245 PS.

The brand’s advancement in Ireland will be helped by the appointment of three new CUPRA retailers. Johnson and Perrott, Mahon Point Cork, McCoy Motors, Lucan, Dublin and James Barry Motors Limerick, will join Bright CUPRA Airside, Dublin to become CUPRA retailers offering an exclusive CUPRA area as part of the SEAT showroom.
